As the chef of Beta Home Gölevi Anapa Restaurant, our goal with my team is to provide you a unique accommodation experience in this beautiful nature, as well as a gastronomic dining experience.
Our culinary journey begins with first-class material selection. A certain part of the materials is grown in our own garden. We think that the right agriculture contributes to the taste in the kitchen.
Apart from that, we attach great importance to the supply of local materials and always cooperate with small local producers. We are very excited to create universal flavors with these ingredients. We have a philosophy such as “From the Local to the Universal”.
You can also observe the effects of our favorite French sauce cuisine in our chef restaurant, which we can define as Sapanca’s modern Mediterranean cuisine. We especially love to use offal flavors and sweet and sour fruit sauces with meats. These are the two distinctive characters of our kitchen.
You can either start the day with one of Sapanca’s most special mixed breakfasts, or you can evaluate lunch and dinner as a la carte.
In addition to all these, our interesting wine cellar consisting of delicious wines from all over Turkey will accompany you.
